The first four weeks focus on recreation, leisure, and dance activities, emphasizing the importance of movement, relaxation, and cultural expressions through dance. This helps students improve coordination, rhythm, and social interaction.

The next phase shifts to personal, school, and community health, where students will learn about hygiene, disease prevention, and maintaining a healthy environment. The term ends with track and field events, progressing from general athletics to specialized events like the javelin throw, enhancing strength, technique, and sportsmanship.
