About Course
In this term, pupils will learn how to take care of their bodies through exercise, rest, and good food. They will start by learning what exercise means, the different types of exercises they can do like running, jumping, and stretching, and the best times to take exercises to stay active and healthy.
They will also learn about the importance of rest and sleep in helping the body grow and recover. As the term continues, pupils will explore how to eat good food, what a balanced diet looks like, and why it is important for the body. Lastly, they will learn about developing good eating habits that help them grow strong, stay healthy, and feel good every day.
