About Course
This term in Physical and Health Education, students will begin by exploring food, nutrition, and how it relates to staying healthy, gaining insight into the importance of a balanced diet and the role nutrition plays in maintaining overall well-being. The program then introduces students to Judo, a fun and disciplined martial art.
