Following this, students will learn the basics of tennis and table tennis, covering techniques, rules, and strategies. These lessons aim to develop skills in these sports, encouraging coordination, agility, and teamwork. The course concludes with a focus on non-communicable diseases (NCDs), exploring their types, such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.
