About Course

Students will also learn about wrestling as a traditional and modern sport.

The course covers swimming strokes, explaining the different types and their benefits for health and safety. Learners will study pathogens and diseases, understanding how germs cause illness and the ways diseases can spread within a community.

Students will learn about disease preventive measures, such as good hygiene and healthy habits, to stay safe and healthy. Finally, the course concludes with drug education, teaching the dangers of drug misuse and the importance of making safe choices.
