About the Course: Physical and Health Education

- Rhythm and Movement
Students will explore basic rhythmic activities, learning to move their bodies to beats and patterns, which enhance coordination and motor skills. - Fundamental Rhythm
This builds on the previous lesson by introducing more complex rhythmic patterns, fostering creativity and body awareness. - First Aid
