About Course
This term’s Home Economics lessons begin with an introduction to the subject and its importance to national development, showing students how home management skills contribute to society. The focus then shifts to the human body, covering its structure and functions across four weeks to build students’ understanding of health and well-being.
In the second half of the term, attention turns to healthy feeding and eating practices, where students learn proper nutrition, balanced diets, and how food choices affect their health. Altogether, the lessons aim to develop students’ knowledge of personal care, family well-being, and how these connect to broader national goals.
