About Course

This term in English Language, you will practice Speech Work, which means learning how to speak and understand English better.

You will read and learn from letters written to different people like an old classmate, parents, teachers, and friends. You’ll also practice using the correct tenses when speaking or writing, and learn how to give accounts of visits to places like hospitals and other interesting locations.

You will improve your listening skills through aural discrimination, learning to hear the difference between similar sounds like /t/ and /θ/. You will also learn how to describe things by their weight, shape, and quality, and use adverbs and demonstrative pronouns (like this, that, these, those) correctly when talking or writing.
