About Course

This term in English Language, pupils will start by learning about common and proper nouns, which help us name people, places, and things correctly. Then, they will practice descriptive writing, where they use words to describe what they see, hear, and feel. The class will also be introduced to pronouns and verbs, which are important for building good sentences.

Later, pupils will explore poetry and learn how to enjoy and create simple poems. They will also learn about prepositions that show direction or position. Towards the end of the term, they will practice writing simple stories, and enjoy creating their own folktales or short dialogues, helping them to become confident and creative writers.
