About Course

This course will help students strengthen their English grammar and writing skills by revising key parts of speech like nouns, pronouns, verbs, and exploring the types and uses of adverbs. Students will also practice speech work, focusing on pronunciation and clarity, including vowel contrasts such as /æ/, /a:/, /ɒ/, and /ɔ:/, to improve their spoken English.

On the writing side, they will engage in composition exercises and tackle an argumentative essay on why corporal punishment should be banned in schools, helping them develop critical thinking and persuasive writing. Additionally, students will practice using tenses accurately in sentences and reflect on personal or cultural experiences by writing about a festival in their village.
