About Course
This term, pupils will begin by enjoying coloring activities focused on functional artwork—creating beautiful and useful designs with colours. They will then learn about festivals, especially traditional festivals, understanding why they are celebrated and the special clothes, songs, and dances that go with them.
Later in the term, children will be introduced to the treble staff and bass staff, which are important for reading music. Finally, they will learn and practice melodic patterns from traditional songs, helping them sing and enjoy the music that is part of their culture.
