About Course
This term, pupils will explore their creativity through craft making and designing patterns using simple shapes like circles, squares, and triangles. They’ll have fun learning how to create beautiful designs and colour them in. Activities will include making things with paper and decorating patterns to make them look nice.
They will also begin to learn about music, starting with the musical staff—the lines and spaces used in writing music. Pupils will be introduced to the seven musical alphabet letters (A to G) and how they fit on the lines and spaces. By the end of the term, children will be able to recognize and use the basic parts of music and art in simple, creative ways.
