Civic Education

This term in Civic Education, you will first go over what you learned before and talk about why Civic Education is important. You will learn that Civic Education helps you become a good citizen who respects others and follows rules. You’ll also explore the reasons why we study Civic Education, like learning how to live peacefully, love our country, and do what is right.

Later, you will learn about the different parts (components) of Civic Education, such as rights, duties, and good behavior. You’ll discover how Civic Education helps the growth and development of our community and country, by teaching people to be honest, kind, and fair. At the end of the term, you will also learn about honesty, courtesy, politeness, and etiquette, which are good manners we should all show at home, school, and everywhere we go.
