Christian Religious Studies

This term, pupils will begin by learning about how God created the world and everything in it. They will also hear the story of Adam and Eve, the first man and woman, and what happened when they disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden. Then, they will learn about Cain and Abel, the first children of Adam and Eve, and how jealousy led to a sad event.

The lessons will continue with exciting Bible stories like Noah’s Ark and how God saved Noah and the animals from a big flood. Pupils will also learn about Abraham’s obedience, Joseph’s dream, and how Moses was born and later saw a burning bush where God spoke to him. These stories teach lessons about obeying God, having faith, and trusting Him always.
