About Course

This term introduces students to key science and health topics, starting with a revision of past lessons to refresh their foundation. They will explore the differences between living and non-living things and understand the basics of growing crops, introducing them to agricultural science. The course then shifts to the human circulatory system, explaining how blood moves through the body and why it is essential for life.

In the second half, students will examine drugs and their uses, focusing on the dangers of drug abuse and its impact on health. They will also learn about maintenance practices — likely covering personal, environmental, or equipment care — and finish with the importance of safety measures at home, school, or work to prevent accidents and injuries.
