About Course

This Basic Science & Technology course helps learners explore their surroundings and understand everyday objects and safety.
It begins with observation and identification of things in and around the classroom and the school, then extends to finding and naming things in and around the home.
Students learn about the types of roads outside the school, as well as safety along the road and safety across the road.
The course also introduces the uses of a can and bottle opener, and the uses of a spoon, before concluding with a study of the types of soil.

By the end of the course, students will have developed observational skills, an understanding of basic safety, and knowledge of everyday tools and natural resources.
