About Course

In this term, you will learn about the different systems in your body and how they help you live, move, and grow. You’ll learn about the digestive system, which helps your body break down food; the muscular system, which helps you move; and the skeletal system, which gives your body shape and support.

You’ll also learn about nutrition — the types of food your body needs to be healthy, such as body-building foods, energy-giving foods, and protective foods.

Next, you’ll explore field events like the high jump and long jump, learning the right way to jump and how it helps your body.

Finally, you’ll study environmental health — how to keep our surroundings clean and safe, and how to avoid water and chemical pollution, which can be dangerous for people, animals, and plants.
