About Course

This term’s curriculum begins with nutrition, helping students understand the role of food in promoting growth, energy, and overall well-being. They will explore the relationship between food and nutrition, learning about balanced diets and healthy eating habits. The program then introduces martial arts, focusing specifically on the history of judo, its rules, and the basic skills needed to practice the sport safely.

Students will also study swimming strokes, gaining foundational knowledge of techniques used in aquatic activities. In the later part of the term, attention shifts to health education, where learners will examine pathogens, diseases, and their prevention, including the differences between communicable and non-communicable diseases. These lessons aim to build awareness of how lifestyle choices and hygiene practices affect personal and community health.
