About Course

This term introduces students to physical and health education through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical activities that promote fitness, coordination, and personal well-being.

The term begins with rhythmic activities, helping students develop body coordination, balance, and musical movement skills. Students will then engage in field athletic events, such as the long jump and high jump, where they learn proper techniques, posture, and rules associated with each sport.

Mid-term activities focus on team sports, including volleyball, basketball, and football, allowing students to build teamwork, sportsmanship, and game strategy skills.

Finally, students will also be taught personal healthcare practices, emphasizing good hygiene and health habits necessary for maintaining a strong and active lifestyle.
