Agricultural Science

This term the course will cover the classification of insect pests, helping students understand the various types of pests that affect agricultural production, their characteristics, and how they impact crops and livestock. Students will explore detailed groupings of insect pests, learning to identify them and recognize their roles in farm management challenges.

The course will then shift to the factors of agricultural production, examining key elements such as land, labor, capital, and management that influence farming success. Students will also study the common problems faced by farm managers, including pest control, resource allocation, and production efficiency, gaining insights into how to address these challenges effectively.
