About Course
This term’s Agricultural Science syllabus starts by grounding students in the meaning, importance, types, and branches of agriculture, laying a solid foundation for understanding the role of agriculture in society. By Week 4, learners will be able to distinguish between forms of agriculture and explore the various branches, preparing them for more detailed crop-related topics.
From Week 5 onward, the focus shifts to crop plants, covering their forms, classes, and detailed classifications. Students will learn how to identify different crops, understand their uses, and classify them based on purpose, giving them a practical understanding of plant science and its application in farming and food production.
