About Course

This term’s Physical and Health Education syllabus begins with combined events in sports, introducing students to multi-discipline athletic activities over two weeks. It then shifts focus to personal, school, and community health, covering a four-week block where learners explore hygiene practices, health maintenance, and how individual and collective actions affect community well-being.

In the later part of the term, attention turns to family health, where students study the roles of family members in maintaining good health, the importance of maternal and child care, and the promotion of healthy family habits. This sequence equips students with both athletic and health knowledge, promoting physical fitness alongside essential life and community health skills.
