About Course
This term in Cultural and Creative Arts (CCA), you will be learning about musical instruments—both local and foreign (Western) ones. You’ll explore how musical instruments are classified based on how they produce sound (such as string, wind, and percussion instruments).
You’ll also be introduced to drama, where you’ll learn how stories are acted out on stage. There will be a focus on the dances of your locality, helping you appreciate your culture better. You’ll practice body movements in dance to improve your coordination and expression.
Later in the term, you’ll learn about play acting and how to perform simple plays, as well as sing or perform songs with Nigerian identity that reflect our traditions and values.
