About Course
This term in Computer Studies, you will learn all about the importance of computers and how they help us in our daily lives, like at school, in hospitals, banks, and offices. You’ll find out how computers make work easier and faster.
You’ll also explore the parts of the computer, such as the hardware, and learn about different input devices (like the keyboard and mouse) and output devices (like the monitor and printer). You’ll study what the system unit looks like on the outside and what is inside it. Towards the end of the term, you’ll learn about storage devices (like flash drives and CDs) and different types of computer memory. This will help you understand how computers store and remember information.
