About Course
In this term, you will have fun learning how to move your body in creative and exciting ways. You’ll explore different rhythms, movements, and exercises that help your body grow stronger and stay healthy. You will also learn how to play games like football and table tennis, and discover ways to stay safe while playing sports or swimming.
You’ll be taught about the importance of good food and nutrients that help your body grow. There will also be lessons on first aid—what to do when someone gets hurt—and how playing with others in a fun way helps you stay happy and healthy. It’s all about learning to move, stay safe, eat well, and enjoy being active!
